Kildare's Field

A place for everyone. That’s the place. Used to get lobster and periwinkles and mussels and do a nice cook-up right in the middle of the field with a bonfire.

A place to go swimming, have picnics and enjoy summer nights. Kildare's Field used to be a place where there was a fertilizer mill. After that shut down, it became the place to be on a summer night. Even the Gypsies came there every summer for about a week.
